RADICA WRIGHT
PRESIDENT
Radica Wright's remarkable journey in netball began at the tender age of 5, where she quickly demonstrated exceptional skills playing for her school, local club, and the Jamaica Business House. Her dedication, relentless pursuit of excellence, and natural leadership abilities propelled her to new heights in the sport.
Beyond her impressive achievements on the court, Radica has made significant contributions to the development of netball. She founded the Netball Youth Sport Association in 2011 and the Florida Netball and Soccer Association in 2022. Additionally, she played a crucial role in establishing the North Florida Youth Football and Cheer conference in 2008 and the Argyle Forest Youth Sports Association in 2008, introducing unlimited football to Jacksonville, Florida.
In addition to her achievements in sports, Radica has also pursued academic excellence. She studied Principles of Accounting at the University of Phoenix, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Recognizing the need for greater opportunities for women and youth in sports, Radica works tirelessly to promote the growth of netball. Her efforts have elevated the sport's visibility, attracted new fans and players, and inspired a generation of young athletes to follow in her footsteps.
On March 18, 2023, Radica Wright was elected President of USA Netball. With her unparalleled skills, leadership, and advocacy, she will continue to shape the future of netball in the United States, inspiring generations of players to strive for greatness in the game she loves.

JASMINE KEITHAN GRAYSON-SUPERVILLE
VICE PRESIDENT
Jasmine Keithan Grayson is a highly respected figure in the world of netball in Trinidad and Tobago. From a young age, she displayed exceptional talent and a deep passion for the sport. Jasmine's skills quickly gained recognition, leading her to represent her school and local clubs. Her dedication to training and continuous improvement earned her a spot on the secondary schools National Netball Team of Trinidad and Tobago, where her speed, agility, and court presence made her a formidable player.
Off the court, Jasmine became an inspiration and role model for aspiring netball players. She actively engaged in community programs, conducting coaching clinics and nurturing the next generation of talent. Jasmine's contributions extended beyond her playing career as she took on coaching roles, opened her own netball league, and served as an Executive member of the Trinidad & Tobago Netball Association. Her strategic insights and technical expertise proved invaluable in helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
In 1991, Jasmine migrated to the United States and continued her coaching career. She was a founding member of the Caribbean American Netball Association in New York and later became Vice President of the USA Netball Association, the governing body for netball in the United States. Jasmine has held various roles within the association, including Team Manager and Assistant Coach for the USA National Netball Team. Although her tenure in office will end in 2024, she remains optimistic about the future of netball in the United States.
Jasmine's dedication, hard work, and passion for the sport continue to inspire athletes both in Trinidad and Tobago and in the United States, leaving a lasting impact on the netball landscape of both countries.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR SOUTH REGIONS
Elne is from the sunny planes of South-Africa where she has been playing netball since she was six years old representing her school’s RST teams and various club-level A teams, playing through university where she graduated in 2020 with a post-grad degree in BSc. Biokinetics.
Through her love for all things sport and a passion for rehabilitation she has found a great interest in specializing in orthopedic conditions and athlete strength and conditioning. With an exceptional work ethic and dedication to excellence in performance of her netball game, she gained recognition for her talents and has represented her provincial team for 4 years while living in South-Africa. In 2022 she moved to Austin Texas where she joined the Austin Retros Netball club in 2023.
She has been a vital part in helping the team grow to become a full functioning club that is part of the USA Netball membership. In 2025 she was elected as Vice President for the Austin Retros. Showcasing her years of netball - and leadership abilities she has been appointed as the Southern Regional Director for USA Netball as of February 2025.
Bringing youth and an abundance of exuberant energy she is extremely excited to bring all her expertise in netball as well as in Exercise Science to the board of directors helping USA Netball reach its full potential, making sure to uphold the values of the sport and the organization to the highest regard.
